ChronArte Canna wall clock - a very interesting clock
It feels as if anything can happen with this one of a kind clock. It looks, works and seams futuristic, therefore it must be futuristic. This new approach may pay off for ChronArte, an European based company.
The clock is made up of a dozen tubes, each filled with 5.25 gallons of water, filling up as time passes and being marked at 10 minutes intervals. The tubes make the clock a bit hard to read, but what is more impressive than having a clock made of water. See, I’ve said it: time is water. Not sure what it means.
Last but not least, at 12 o’clock noon and midnight, all the water drains to the bottom, and the tube-water filling stuff starts over again. And you can have it all for just $1,000 a tube. Yep, that’s a $12,000 total.
